How much do you charge per hour? 
We charge by the job, not the hour. You will know exactly how much your cleaning will cost you before any services are provided.
Why is it important to have an estimate done on the premises instead of over the phone?
Accuracy. Just like no two people are the same, no two houses or businesses are either.
There are many factors to consider in order to give an accurate estimate.
- Total number of all rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, etc.
- Is there also a family room or a sun porch?
- What kind of surfaces need to be cleaned?
- What is the frequency of cleanings?
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, all of our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If there is ever a problem we will promptly correct it at no additional cost to you.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.
Do you have references?
Yes, they can be provided to you at your request.
Do I have to do anything before the residential cleaning?
Yes, for residential cleaning, please remove items off of floors such as clothes, shoes, toys, etc. so that we may clean more efficiently
Do I need to be present for the cleaning?
No, arrangements can be made in advance to give us a key, garage code, leave a key under the mat. Some customers leave their back door unlocked and we lock up when we leave. Some leave a key at a near-by neighbors house.
What time can we expect you to arrive?
It depends if you are a morning person or an afternoon person.
We will do our very best to accommodate everyones needs.
If we are running a little behind, we will always place a courtesy call.
Who furnishes the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We do. We have everything we need on our truck to clean any surface in your home or office. Products for granite, tile, linoleum, formica, hardwood, or pergo/laminate floors, stainless steel cleaner, bathroom cleaner, etc. We will also use your product if you request us to.
What if I don't want my whole house cleaned, will you just do certain jobs like maybe bathrooms and kitchen?
Yes, we realize everyone has different wants and needs. Whether you need to be cleaned weekly, biweekly, monthly, or need a one-time cleaning, holiday cleaning, or just a partial cleaning. We will customize your cleaning to fit your needs.
What is UV Cleaning?

Yes, our UV Sterilization system uses 100% chemical-free UV-C sterilization to kill 99.9% of all DNA-based organisms living in mattresses, carpets, and furnishings.
