What you can expect each and every time we clean your Home
Kitchen
We move all small appliances and clean counter tops thoroughly. Clean sink,
inside and outside of microwave, exterior of refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove.
Clean small appliances such as coffee pot, electric can openers, and toasters, which are also emptied to remove crumbs. Clean kitchen table and chairs.
Take out trash. Vacuum and mop floor.
Bathrooms
We clean light fixtures and mirror. Soft scrub sinks, clean tub, tile, shower doors, and tracks.
Clean and disinfect inside and outside of toilet. Empty waste basket. Dust any pictures and remove cobwebs. Vacuum and mop floor.
All Other Rooms
For the bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms, and sun porches- Cobweb all ceilings.
Dust all ceiling fans, light fixtures, pictures, blinds, window sills, baseboards, and empty waste baskets.
Polish furniture. Vacuum all carpeting, including edges.
When vacuuming we do move light furniture such as couches and nightstands, but nothing too heavy.
LBI Changeovers
For Long Beach Island rental property changeovers, we perform all residential cleaning services including cleaning out the refrigerator to remove items left by the previous renter and vacuuming furniture to remove sand and crumbs. We also make sure all rooms are presentable for the next renter.
UV-C Light Cleaning

Add-on Services
Not included in regular cleanings- Sunrooms / 3 - 4 season rooms, flipping and vacuuming mattresses, vacuuming furniture, washing windows,
cleaning inside of refrigerator, carpet cleaning, uv cleaning, and cleaning the outside of kitchen cabinets.
How we clean your Cabinets
Laminated cabinets will be cleaned with all-purpose cleaner.
Newer wood cabinets will be cleaned with Murphy® Oil Soap to clean and moisturize the wood.
Older wood cabinets that are faded or scratched will be cleaned with Old English® to cover scratches and revitalize the wood.
