In the Kitchen
We move all small appliances and clean counter tops thoroughly. Clean the sink, inside and outside of microwave and the exterior of the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. We clean all small appliances such as coffee pots, electric can openers and toasters, which are also emptied to remove crumbs. We clean the kitchen table and chairs then vacuum and mop the floors.
In the Bathrooms
We clean light fixtures and mirror. Soft scrub sinks clean tub, tile, shower doors, and tracks. Clean and disinfect inside and outside of toilet. Dust any pictures and remove cobwebs, then vacuum and mop floors.
All other living areas

For the bedrooms, living rooms, and family rooms, we cobweb all ceilings. Dust all ceiling fans, light fixtures, pictures, blinds, window sills, and baseboards. Polish furniture.
Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors and vacuum all carpeted rooms including edges. When vacuuming we do move light furniture such as chairs and nightstands, but nothing to heavy. Have something else in mind we also do deep cleaning. What can we do for you?

LBI Changeovers

For Long Beach Island rental property changeovers, we perform all residential house cleaning services including cleaning out the refrigerator to remove food or drinks left behind by the previous renter. We vacuum under cushions to remove any sand or crumbs.
Our house cleaners are on time and make sure all rooms are clean and look presentable for your next renter. Insuring they enjoy there stay and want to return each year. We also photo document any damages to your home and will call you and your broker so you can hold back any deposit's until any necessary repairs are made.
